EB2 I140 & 485 concurrent filing RD 03/19/2004
I140 RFE 12/28/2004.
I checked my online case status and it is posted "requesting additional evidence".Yet to receive details from USCIS.
My labour certification stated salary as 80K and I was paid 80K until june this year.My company(software,30k+employees) did pay cut from 80 to 68K.And again gave pay raise 72K starting Sep.This was done across the company for the position I was held.And also my company started paying over time If any additional hours worked.Until now i am getting paid more than 80k or equal based on my over time.But my job position & title has not been changed as what was defined in my labour certification.
Question
o you guys see any issue, IF USCIS requests my w2 and Paystubs and sees my pay reduction.
