I140 RFE help needed

I have an RFE on I140, any suggestions/views on this appreciated. Below are the details.

I have applied for I140, labor was substituted . It is EB2 catogery. I have bachelors degree+6 years of exp. I got RFE stating that duties are not specified on my employment letters. But I am sure the company i worked 7 years back is closed, it no longer exists. I have offer letters from the company. I am able to find some of my collegues from that company they are willing to give me affidevits, will sending effidevits will solve my issue or I need to send any other additional documnets ?. Please reply is some one has similar experience ?

Sorry to hear that,yes you can get affidavit form your co-worker preferably from your immediate reporting authorities.Search thru this forum and you get the format and other answers.where did you file your 140,also it is appreciated if you provide information like whether your case is concurrently filed,RD and ND of your case.Dont worry this RFE can be answered.Good luck.

My case is filed at Texas service center. labour prority date is sept 2003. I have
filed my I140 0n march 16 2006 and got the RFE on 17th april.
