i140 RFE - Education Evaluation

Hi Friends

Actually I for RFE on FEB 22. But My stupid lawer did not send me today when I called him he said he got RFE. It is regarding Education evaluation.Please help me to find from where can I do evaluation. What type of evaluation I need to do?

Your attorneys should have education evaluators that they regulary do business with, at least that's the way it worked in my case. The RFE and its response process was transparent to me. This is a common RFE and I'd be surprised if your attorney is looking at you for answers. If you are in Atlanta, I can provide a name, but again, I'd let the attorneys handle it if I could.
 
I wish attorney's were little more active on their clients case..Now a days, it seems like, the client come to know about 'issues' when they temselves call attorney. For attorneys, its 'just another case' and for us it is 'a mater of life'..I would like to know howmany of you guys feel that your attorneys are worth for the money you are paying...

Education Evaluation

I also got RFE for Education evaluation i called WES but their process was lengthy i took their evaluation specimen and called Silvergate Evaluation inc i faxed them i degree transcripts and specimen what i want Equvilaancy.

He charged me $ 80 or $ 100 and email me in PDF format evaluation report the next day early morning it was accepted by INS and i got my I 140 approved with in 10 days on receipt
