My employer filed my I140 under EB2 - section 203(b)(2) and he did not document the position well, and USCIS came back with a query saying that BS + 3yrs is not sufficient to qualify under section 203(b)(2) and if I would wish to change the requested preference and classification and asked to mention the new preference and section.
The wordings in the query are as follows:
"I request that my petition be adjudicated as a ______ preference petition under section ______"
I need to fill in the blanks. Iam a software professional. I want to convert from EB2 to EB3. What should I fill in the blanks for Preference and Section?
I dont have a lawyer.
