I140 RFE and EAD

B]If we get I-140 RFE and once we are waiting for 60 days to reply for the RFE....Once we apply for EAD Renewal will the EAD will be approved??

My Nd 11/25/03. I got RFE on 140 in january 04. replied by 2 nd week of feb. 140 approved in march 4th week. EAD not approved yet. Hope this will help you.
 
when did you apply for EAD..

Does this gives an example that when there is an RFE on I-140 we will not get EAD approved???

I applied for EAD along with 140/485 on 11/25/03. Also, If you look at the 2003 tracker, around my ND there are some guys (ND between last week of Nov 03 and first week of Dec 03) who did not get their EADs yet. I do not know, whether they got the RFEs too.
