Hello everybody,
I am going to join a company and reuse the labor and I140 that was cleared for someone else. If 2 years of experience is reqd on the labor, should it be on the date I join the company(2001) or on the date that the labor was filed(1999)?
Also can a labor, for which the I140 was rejected ( on the basis of Education Evaluation) be used by someone else?
