While working with company A, company B filed for my labor certification, eventually filed for i140 and 485. I have the EAD from company B and now working with them full-time. The requirement specified in the INS document is that I will have to work for six months for company B after the GC. But I joined company B before getting the GC. The i140 for me from company B is approved.
Question 1) I have applied for EAD renewal, is there a possibility that the EAD will be denied?
2) If I have to change company B and join company C, will company C have to file for i140 again?
3) What kind of company can company C be, can it be a start up? Is there any eligibilty requirement for company C to continue the i485, like the company has to have certain number of employees with minimum revenue of say xxx dollars?
