I140 related notice

Online status for I-140 (EB1) shows that INS mailed a notice for additional evidence on March 04, 2004. I have not received that notice yet. Online message explains that if I do not hear anything until 14 days call NCSC. I called them today and they told me that they can not do anything untill 30 days have passed. Can some one tell how much time it takes to receive notice by mail and any suggetion/experience?

Hi krcsp,

If you have an attorney on file, the notice must have gone to his office. Unlike EAD cards, I-140 RFE notices generally are sent to the petitioner's attorney. Please check with his office.
