I140 REF..How Long?

My lawer has sent my 140 REF today. How long will INS take to see my case again and approve? Thanks in advance guys.

REF detail..

I didn't know exactly...my lawyer asked me to send my W2 forms...I think they questioned about my education...

My 140 was approved 9 days after USCIS rcvd the RFE response.

I have done 3 years UG (B.Sc) and 2 years PG (M.Sc).
My lawyer got 140 REF on my education. I should be okay, correct guys?

If they asked for your education, how come your lawyer just asked for the W-2s? Just Curious.

Did you have an educational evaluation done?
