I filed I-140 (NIW) on August 25,2003 and I-485 on May 11,2004. Should belong to concurrent filing. Both applications are pending. No Finger Print. My attoney sent a inquiry to TSC about my I-140 case on December 15,2004. No response received by now. Any suggestions? Is there anyone who has the similar case application?
