I140 RD 8/25/2003 pending, I485 RD 5/11/2004, no FP notice. Any suggestion?

I filed I-140 (NIW) on August 25,2003 and I-485 on May 11,2004. Should belong to concurrent filing. Both applications are pending. No Finger Print. My attoney sent a inquiry to TSC about my I-140 case on December 15,2004. No response received by now. Any suggestions? Is there anyone who has the similar case application?

EB1a, I-140 Agu. 4, 2003; I-485:Jan. 28, 2004, still Waiting now. FP done on Sept.14, 2003, but no update change. Do not how TSC pick up the cases!!!
