In website case status is still saying they are processing but my employer already received approval notice today.

Possible. Could you post your first four(or five if possible) digits after EAC03 of your case number?

Updating the 2003 tracker triggers I-1485 approval.

Please post this message in 2003 tracker and update the Excel sheet. It is possible that if you update the Excel sheet and when someone runs a macro, your I-485 will be triggered and you may get approved soon. Anything is possible with USCIS. I plan to update the excel when my I-140 gets approved. It is up to you.
