I m not legally allowed to work here but i have been with the company that is sponsoring me for 2 years. They refused to put me on their payrol because i cant show document that show i am allowed to work. So i m getting paid off the books. And i've been filing taxes on my own, and hopefully if there is no RFE i can get a I-EAD and my employer would then be able to put me on their payroll. Will this hinder my petition? LC was approved and my ND date for EB3 I140/484/765 was 01/27/04.
