I140 processing

Hi All,

Can somebody please advise. My I140 and I485 concurrent processing RD for EB3 category I140 was on Dec 09, 2003. Now INS vermont is processing as of Jan 04, 2004. Is there anything i need to do (calling INS customer service) or do you recommend to simply wait?


Any help appreciated.

Dont worry much, there are people with I140 RD of May2003 are still waiting.

Based on your ND dec/9th, Site is updated on July 21st, if your case not approved by( in one month ) i.e August 21st... your attoreny can make enquiry/request... but not you !!

Whenever the processing date is on or after Jan10th 2004(probably by the next update), then only you can make an enquiry through your attorney.
30 days rule is ; CIS processing date should be 30 days after your ND.
