The sept news letter says they have achieved processing applications in 3 months, though is not true.
July 2006 processing times
I140 - 3months
July 2006 Backlogs
I 140 - 0
Any comments?

Hey good_y,

You know this is not right. I am an example for that. 3 months over after I filed I-140 (EB-1) AND THERE IS NO NEWS..... Do you think we should quote this news letter to NSC to remind them about processing..:)

Hi madgu_gc,
that is why said is not true, but imagine is a news letter for the public, giving false statements? we can see there are several cases including yours, so what they mean by that statements.
so we cannot trust the news letter itself.
