I had one question about I140. Previously I was working with company A, I got my labor and I140 Approved in april 2000, But was laid off in april 2001. I joined another company B, restarted the labor again & got approved. Now I am going to reply for I140. As I was talking to my lawyer about applying new I140, My lawyer suggested me that I can use the previous priority date of my I140 of the old company., so that I can get faster approval compared to the delays going on in the TSC recently. TSC has not moved forward any on I140/I485 recently.
Guys, did anyone encountered this type of thing with there I140 processing. Any suggestions/replies are welcome
