I just want to check with everyone and get it clarified. My employer says from initiating i140 process till it get approved, it cost $16000 which includes $8000 for New paper ad and $8000 for other stuff. is this real and true ? Could you please suggest how to handle my employer? also i have only 2 years left out of 6 years. He did already spoiled 1 year saying he wrongly filed my LCA initially, so he did refilling. Please suggest.
