Hi,
Need concrete answer please!

Recently my LC was approved. Prevailing wage is above $10 k on what i am currently getting.
What kind of issues can i face- 1) On filing I140 and 485 together?
2) What are the possibilities that my case will be denied since i do not meet prevailing wage?
3) What's the risk and repercussions if I140 is not approved? Do i need to restart the entire GC process again?
4) Is it advisable to file I140 and 485 together? Or wait for I140 approval and then file for 485?

Thanks and appreciate your responses.

Difference of 10K should be sitting in company's balance sheet in the form of net income OR net current assets (current assets - current liabilities), from priority date until your I-485 adjudicates. Hope this helps

Prevailing Wage !!!

Hello,
I just came from the interview with my attorney.

He says that we have a %50 %50 change to get approved or denied.
He says that we are on the hands of the agent who is taking care of our files in Nebraska :))
I know this answer a bit silly but my lawyer says that normally it is not legal to get less money than the prevailing wage but he says that INS knows that there are so many people who are underpaid than the prevaling wage so he says that the company is more important here , i mean if your company is making nice profit , then they can overlook your salary he says !!!
So god help us
