I140 pending cases of 2004

Hi All
Today I140 dates moved further and I am still waiting for approval.
There is no message and no LUD changes in my case.
Is there anybody like me filed during 2004 and still waiting for approval?

I140 RD: Sep2004
I485 RD: Sep2004
I140 AD: ??????
I485 AD: ?????
FP Done: Feb 2005

Why don't you make an inquiry on your case? I asked my lawyer to do an inquiry on my case. Hope to see a positive reply soon!!

I told to my Lawyer to file an Inquiry. He said written Inquiry has been sent. I am also in the waiting state.

I was in a similar situation until recently. Please have your lawyer call the Service Center and place an inquiry over the phone. It is quick and easy and it seems to work. Written inquires are rarely successful unless sent via Senators offices.

I have the same scanerio..
My RD for I-140 & I-485 is 8/16/2004. Not heard word anything about I-140 approval.lawyer file inquary Thursday, they will let me know within 30days from the date of inquary. BTW I have done FP For myself & Wife yesterday at Jacksonville,FL. Staff was very cooperative.
