I140 pending > 180 days

My I140 and 485 has been pending for more than 180 days. The company has shut down. Can I use AC21 to change job, even though I-140 has not yet been approved? Can I-140 be revoked now after 180 days and I485 denied?
 
I am not sure how ur I-140 will get approved if your company has shutdown. Please talk to your lawyers about that.
 
Current memo from INS specifically mentions that I-485 portability is available only on aproved I-140 cases.
