Hi,
My labor is approved last week and I am about to join this company later this month. But that employer is asking me wait for a quarter so that my 140 can be submitted with three months of paystubs. Can I push him to start applying for the 140/485 before that. What are the other documents I need from my side other than paystubs. I have a US Masters degree. Please let me know.
