I140--Original Labor Certification

Hi, I got an RFE for my I140 that says I have to provide them with original labor certification. Does anybody have any information on how I can get that. Unfortunately my lawyer is not sure about the fee that we have pay to obtain a duplicate labor certification.

I would appreciate if someone could give me the address to which I need to send the request letter along with the fee involved in getting a duplicate labor certification.

Did your lawyer received the Labor Certification approval? If not then your lawyer should ask USCIS to request the backlog center (PBEC or DBEC) to request for a duplicate copy. Please read the link for Foreign Labor Certification and another one for I-140 without LC.

Thanks Manwithnoname. My lawyer has contacted DHS and she's confident that shez taken care of the issue..
