I believe someone already made a thread about this issue here, but I could not find it
My I140 information is not showing any updates in the USCIS web . Nevertheless , this is what is showing :
Validation Error(s)
You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:
Case Status Retrieval Failed
This Receipt Number cannot be found at this time in this automated system. Please check your case receipt number to see if it is correct. If you have questions or concerns about your case status, please contact the National Customer Service Center.
I called my lawyer to investigate it and she spoke with an IO and stated that there is a glitch in their system. I have the RD , is this a problem ?? How am I gonna find out about the Lud's ?
Please share your experiences . I filled on 16Aug07 and have couple months more till hit the processing time 6 months.
