Online status check was saying 175-200 days about a month ago. Now it says 275-300 days... Do you guys know whats going on.

you filed NIW concurrently in October, 2003 and got approved in April, 2003. That's really fast. According to the INS report, they are still processing cases (NIW-I140) dated back to June, 2003.
