I am on H1B and visa is expring in June 2005. WE have appilied I140 for my wife under extraordinary capability under Natiional Interest waiver on Feb 2,2004. It is taking one year for this case's decision. So is it advisabel to file I 485 now only or wait for 1 140 approval. Will I get extension on my H1B visa if we have filed i140/485 for my wife at the time of H1B expiry.
