I140 LUD on 8/19/2007

I have LUD on AP on 8/15 and 8/16
And on 8/19/2007 got LUD on I140 which was approved in march 2005.
Last week i was told in info pass pending security check.

Anybody have any ideas why the LUD on I140 now?

could be actively processing your case.

LUD stuff is random so no one can't predict exact. sometime mass updates in a system for particular category, sometimes case has been touched, sometime bug.....

keep your fingers crossed.

looks like a mass update. As 3 out of 4 of my colleagues who got 485 approved also got LUD on I140 on 8/19/2007.

I too got LUDs on approved I-140 and 1st APs yesterday (08.19.2007)....
bunch of cases from TSC have this situation, but from NSC there are few members who have LUDs on approved I-140 and APs.....

I had LUD on 8/12/2007 on my I140 which has been approved on July 2004 .
Hope there are looking into our cases .

I had LUD on my I140 and all old AP's and EADs on 06/22/2007 .
