I140 just approved - Changing from CP to 485

Hi,

My I140 got approved last week at NSC. My case has not yet
been sent to NVC.

I have opted for CP(Chennai) as default in my I140 application.
My question is if I would like to switch over to 485, what is the process ?

Is there any waiting time before i file the 485 ?
