I140 Issue

My EAD / AP /140/485 - Oct \23 rd
I got my second EAD yesterday -- Just took 2 weeks for the approval.

Am confused with dates shown on the site.

My RD is oct 23 rd i..Do anyone think the appoval will be soon..

Please throw some light.

Well you never know.. there is no set pattern in the approvals. I have a feeling majority of focus is on Mar, April 03 concurrent filings recently.
That does not mean more recent ones have not been approved. Its just that the probability would be low for the next several months-- but I of course wish you a very speedy approval.

would you please give more details? which year? I gueess is 2003. Right?
Did you do the FP?
Are you concurent filing? What about Name check?


I think you will get approved at the end of this year.

Mine is Oct 23 rd 2003

I did my FP on Dec 16th 2003 and actually last updated dated shows in the site is
1/15/2004..

But my Rd - oct 23 rd 2003 -- 140 and 485..

Got my second EAD after renewal -- few days back..
