last 2 weeks back i posted I 140 ref ..need G28 form...after sending G28,
on sep 29th LUD changed for I 485, next on sep 30th LUD changed for I 140 …after my company called INS so many times , I 485 LUD changed .saying..(On September 29, 2005, this case was reopened on a BCIS motion, and the case is now in process. It is taking between 365 and 540 days ) ..for I 140 (On September 30, 2005, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 30 and 180 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.)I was little happy.. , b’cas atleast they reopened my case ….and also LUD changes on wife I485,,only date changed .
but any one explain or reply got same thing like this ...
and next ,if they ReOpend my I 140 and I 485 case means ,my I 140 is APPROVED or NOT
please reply or advise me my I 140 is approved or not ....b'case this year ending my 7th yr H1 extension is going to finish....or can I apply for 8th year extension …so please reply
i'm in …any gurus advice or reply with some details for this ….
