I140/I485 Filing

Hi Friends i have a question about the I140/I485.

My present company has filed my labor Application. At the time of Labor Application i gave a resume that has a typo error about my project duration regarding my earlier job. Subseqently i got my labor approved. When i compare my previous H1 and the labor approval copy there is mismatch of 5 months.
Is there any chance i get the RFE because of this, because the Work experience letters will have different dates.
How to rectify this error.
Does the INS verify my previous H1s while processing my I140 or I485.

RFE generation at USCIS is a very sporadic process. If God willing you might get through without a RFE.

But if an RFE is generated you need to be prepared with relevant experience letters.

See if you can obtain experience letters matching the criteria. Be aware that an experience letter can be obtained even from a collegue who worked with you and need not be necessarily from your HR/ reporting manager.
