i140 & I485 filed jointly

I have filed 140 and 485 concurrently in Sept last year.

I called BCIS and they said i do not have to wait for I140 status etc at all as i filed concurrently....

BCIS will let me know once they finish processing I485 only.......

Is that correct?

Any body has any idea?

You can check online

If you filed Concurrently at TSC in 09/02, they are in October already, so you should be able to go to the BCIS website and check for the status of your I-140.
They should notify you the approval of your application or send an RFE for more documents.
The I-485 will take about 3 years according to them.

Ur attorney will receive the 140 approval notice.Ask him.

If U know the rceipt number U can check for the status online.
