I applied my I140 with I485 concurrent EB3 labor substitution on Feb 8th 2006. Today (Oct 17) I received an email saying below message:
USCIS Message: I received below message for both I140 and I485
On October 17, 2006, we transferred your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER to an office in ADMIN APPEALS OFFICE for processing. Our office in ADMIN APPEALS OFFICE will send you a written decision as soon as processing is complete. You should receive a notice informing you that your case has been transferred to a local office.
My questions:
1. I never received a denied msg for any case before and by reading the above message, does it mean I140 got denied and sent to Admin Appeals Office?
2. I'm currently on vacation in India and I'm planning to return this Oct 29th back to USA using ADVANCED PAROLE. Is there any problem at POE?
3. How long does it take for AAO to give final decision? Where can I get processing dates online?
4. What are the chances of approvals at AAO?
