I140/I485 + CP + AC140(Chennai)

Dear Friends,

I had concurrently filed I140/I485/EAD/AP in Aug 2003. I recently obtained my I140 approval, EAD and AP. I am currently working on my 7th year H1 extension. My wife is currently working on EAD.

At this point, I was wondering if I could convert my AOS to CP. I
had the following Qs.

Q1. Does Chenai consulate accept AC-140(hardship)?
Q2. Since my 485 is pending what bearing does this have, if CP
is pursued?
Q3. What will happen to EAD/AP if CP is pursued?
Q4. What is the approximate CP processing time at Chennai?

to say No.}

{Nothing as long as they have not been used}

{N/A because of the above}
