I140/I485 concurrent. Laid off less tha 180 days

Hi guys,
Just applied for I140 and I485 concurrently.
EB1A category.
I-140 not yet approved and I485 pending less than 180 days

Companies funding collapsed and will get laid off this week. Any suggestions on best course of action. 180 days would be the middle of february 2005

MLC, sorry to hear about the lay-off. My knowledge would be limited. But as far as I understand, your 140-485 applications would not be salvageable. As you just applied, I'm assumming you still are in H-1B status. Start looking for a job asap. Hope someone else's got some better ideas. Good luck.
