Heres my situation
I was on OPT. H1-B got approved in April 2004 (with start date of sept 1st 2004). PERM got approved by department of labor 2 weeks ago. USCIS website says I140 & I485 can be filed concurrently with advance parole. My attorney says its not possible unless I140 gets filed 1st. Another attorney says none can be filed unless priority dates are available.
Can any one help me better understand this please?
How long would it take for me to get advance parole (I131 travel document)?
