For filing I140&I485 concurrent filing along with EAD and AP we can group the supporting documents as:1. Educational and professional degrees/diplomas/certs.+ evaluation report
2. Birth and/or Marriange certificates
3. Work Experience, resume and work related docs.
4. Pay stubs and income tax returns
5. Passport copies, I94, H1/H4 approvals, Photos
6. Others which I have forgotten to include
(not including docs. from the employer such as GC approval, financial and others)
Now during the 140, 485, 765 and 131 processing and approval life cycle:
I. What group(s) of documents are investigated for a particular case -- for example 140 and AP?
II. In 485 processing how much investigation is left after time consuming FP and name check?
My status: EB3 RD 12/30/04, 140 approved. EAD, AP, 485 pending. FP done, Name Check done???
