Hello friends,
I got the emails today saying that my I140 and I1485 has been approved. They were filed concurrently - RD 03/02/04. EB2 category.

My wife's 485 status hasn't changed. I hope she will get it soon. I am awaiting the formal approval notices by mail.

My labor was filed in Sep 2001. Moved to DOL in Oct 2002, auto remanded to state sometime in 2003, finally got approved in Jan 2004. Labor was the painful process in my case. 140/485 went smoothly.

Thanks for all the people in this forum and I sincerely hope all the people get their approvals without any problems soon.

I have seen, you guys always ask this question after any approval, regarding master or BS+5 . Did you guys make any conclusion between master or BS+5.

Thanks

It is very simple .. they are giving trouble to all of the BS+5yrs exp. I just don't know why. I scanned some and I see most of the time MS people getting approved with no RFE's. So this is a bit of concern. I am still waiting for my RFE details. It would take 2 weeks for the USCIS to send this mail !! I don't know their process of sending mails but all I can see is they are already screwing up lots of peoples vacation

strange online message after approval

My I140 & I485 have been approved recently. I faxed an inquiry a couple weeks before the approval. Today, I got email notices from USCIS. Here is the online message for my I140:

On November 22, 2004, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Same message appears in my I485 online status.

I haven't recieved the response, but feel strange about this since my cases have been approved. Anyone has the same experience?
