I140 - How to get information on my I140

My I485 was filed in April 2005. I have couple of questions

1. I have received my EAD and AP and completed my first finger print appointment. Does this mean I140 was filed concurrently with 485?
2. How can i get my I140 information other asking my employer directly? is it possible? 'Cos, looking at the uscis processing time dates, if 140 was filed concurrently in May 2005, it must have got approved by now. But my employer is saying it is still pending. Is there a way to verify this?

Same problem

I have same problem. Since the I140 was filed by employer, USCIS would not allow any information relayed to me, the "petitionee".

You should be able to check the status of your petitions using your receipt number in USCIS Case Status Online site.
