I140 filing net income missing, please help

When my lawyer filed my I140, the net income is left blank. My company is a public traded company. Will this cause my I140 denied?

My lawyer replied to me that he intentionally left that item blank. But actually, my company was profitable last year. What advantage we could gain by doing this way???:( :confused:
 
none, blank entries are not what BCIS want.

They need information, I cannot imagine why he would intentionally do this unless he wanted to get a RFE.
 
I have come across attorney's intentionally leaving a few items blank as they would like to get an RFE issued so as they know for a fact that the file has been opened, they usually try leave a non - imp point blank just to get a hold of tha case status, i know personally a lot of my freinds and my case where they left a non vital point open recvd and RFE responded and bopom get the approval, i know things and times have changed with the BCIS and yet do not know why they do not give complete info in one shot - do not worry the attorney if a good one and has your trust know what he is doing.
