I140 filing help Part 4 box 4

Do I have to check i485 box (applying for i485 etc) in my i140 to take advantage of current situation or I can send my i485 application separately until Aug 17 using e file receipt. I am filing today please help.

The e-receipt is not the Receipt Notice that you will get in the mail... But, as I just wrote in my previous email, the USCIS anticipated delays in its receipt sending process, and you don't need to wait for it to arrive to submit your I-485 ;)
