My I140 has recently been filed by my company but as per LCA, my minimum pay is not satisfied.
My Basic salary is X whereas as per LCA, minimum is X+Y. The Y component cannot be acheived even if we consider Target Bonus which is also part of my package.
Will my Health Insurance paid by my company apart from my deductibles , 401k contribution from my company etc can be considered as part of my compensation package.
