I140 Filed- VSC- May 2002

Hello Firneds,
I have filed my I 140 (Subsitution Case) in May 2002-EB3-VSC
RD-5/28/2002, No response yet
Just curious if anyone filed around this period have recd their approvals..or any development
My lawyer is not favoring concurrent filing of 485, since mine's a substitution.
When do you think this might move??

Pl advise,I am getting frustrated and restless

You are not alone! There are a lot of us waiting for approvals in the same time zone and quite a few infact, who are a lot older!

Hi Murphy,
Why does lawyer not favour filing 485 because LC is a substitution ? Why postpone joining the 485 Queue any longer than you have to ?
