I140 filed Feb/04

My I140 was filed on Feb 13th 2004.LUD - 4/14/04
I485 was filed on March 25th 2004. LUD - 10/27/04
No changes in LUD for both I140 & I485 after that.
But I see the current processing date for both as 4/19/04.
Are there anyone on the same boat as me.
Please give me your valuable input on this.

Where did you get April 19, 2004 date? Currently this is March 2004 date.

Request your lawyer to send an enquiry to the USCIS. It should not create any issue.

Hi taklu_2004,

You said that you have done your Fingerprint(FP) just before the appointment date. I believe you just go to their office and do the FP or do I need to take any extra measure. Appreciate your help. Please elaborate how you did it.

Yeah, February300,

Just ask your attorney to send in an inquiry for the I140. But I guess 90% it will comes back with a message of "pending review and additional system check" like mine. :(

There is nothing I have done, I simply went to San Jose office before the thanksgiving and gave my FP.

I have also mentioned with the guy at the door that FP date is Dec 1st instead of that day, they said do not worry about it.

In case if you need more details, please let me know

My lawyer said he will send a query and the lawyer said that it will take 21 days for them to respond.

But lawyer is saying they will give a usual response that they are looking into the case
