What is INS's take on merger and acquisition?
My I140 was filed in june 1st week.
My co. was acquired by a bigger co.
all assets and employees are now part of new co.
Along with I140 my I485, I131 and I765 were filed.
my fingerprinting is done for I485 case.
My lawyer said I need to refile I140?
1) do i need to refile I140?
2) What happens to I485 et el?
