I140 experience letter required?

Is prior experience letter required for I140 application? As far as I know my lawyer didn't submit my experience letter even I did send them to him. He told me experience letters are not required in my situation. But from the board, it seems there is REF for experience letters. I am getting worried. Anybody can shed a light on this? Experience letters are not required in all cases?

In general experience letter is required. But all depends upon what was in your labor application. If labor application asked for, say, 2 yrs experience, then you have to show 2 yrs experience.

Yes, in the labor it mentions 2 years experience. And I worked for 3 years before I joined the sponsoring company. I have experience letters from my previous companies. -- two letters, I worked one year and a half for each. But my lawyer just told me that I don't need experience letters and didn't even give me the chance to argue.

It seems my lawyer tend to do things differently from other people on the board. This gets me really worried.
