Finally, my I-140 is approved yesterday . Here are the details:
I140 EB3 labor Sub. Concurrent filing RD Oct 21, 2002
No LUD changes until yesterday.
No RFE, size of company - 30,000+
I-485 RD Jan 13, 2003
FP1 done
EAD2 and AP2 done
No LUD since first FP
AD ?????
2 months ago, contacted Congressman office, and assistant said my case is with an officer and it will take 30- 60 days for a decision.
2 weeks ago, contacted Senators office and the Assistant said she will request the USCIS for an expedite and asked me for any documents to support why I was in hurry. I sent a letter stating my job is tranferred and I have to move. May be this triggered approval....
