I140/EB2/PP, 15+ days, no response

My I140 premium processing case is pending for more than 15 days as of today and TSC did not adjudicate the case, yet.

Can i call the premium processing unit using the telephone number on the receipt notice to find the status? or should the call only be made by my employer or attorney?

Attorney sent two emails to premium unit but no response. Please comment about your experience.

I140 pending.

I had the same situation. my i140 was filed on premium processing and there is no status change when I checked at uics website. I mailed to the TCS premium processing center requesting them to update me the status.

I received an email from them saying that "my application was put on hold pending security clearence."

please let me know if anyone has idea about what they are going to do and how many days is it going to take for the security clearence.

I am in the same situation...
I applied in regular processing in May last week and then upgraded to premium processing in June 1 st week.
There is no update on the website after the initial receipt in May.
Can you please post or PM the email address you used to contact the TSC?

I140 premium

If your I140 is filed on premium processing, you can send an email to TSC-Premium.140@dhs.gov Requesting them the status of your application.

did anyone of you have any knowledge about Security clearence for I140?
