My I140 premium processing case is pending for more than 15 days as of today and TSC did not adjudicate the case, yet.
Can i call the premium processing unit using the telephone number on the receipt notice to find the status? or should the call only be made by my employer or attorney?
Attorney sent two emails to premium unit but no response. Please comment about your experience.
