Mine is I-140 EB2 , ND 10/29/2003, RD 10/31/2003. Filed Solo (non concurrent with 485) , No RFE/Approval

Seems EB2 is moving very slow at VSC as they are posting , processeing date as 05/31/2003 since a couple of posts.

Please also mention if you filed solo ( non concurrent) or concurrent.

Thanks

sn99 you seem to hv your dates mixedup- RD is after ND dt and it should be 2002.

My ND 10/01/02 EB2/Concurrent- No RFE (AP/EAD/FP etc all done).

Thanks sb_tiger. Correct dates are:

I-140 EB2 , ND 10/29/2002, RD 10/31/2002. Filed Solo (non concurrent with 485) , No RFE/Approval

Hi,
I-140 EB2 , ND 10/02/2002, RD 10/06/2002. Filed Solo with CP option (non concurrent with 485) , No RFE/Approval

ND before RD?

In all three above- how is it that the ND is before RD? It should be the other way around- am I missing something.
Is Oct'02 a jinxed month. I see Sept and Nov approvals but sort of none in Oct.
Thanks

I think ND is when you apply and RD is receipt date . So ND <= RD . Correct me if I am wrong.

ND is on receipt

The recipt that INS gives has an explict Notice Date- the date INS is entering the application into its system. It also has a RD- the Receipt Date- the date the application was physically recd by the INS. The only other date of relevance is the MD- the mailing date- the date you mailed out the application.
Thaks

Wrong! RD is receipt day. ND is notice day. Notice day happens only after BCIS receives the application. So ND > RD.
