P pittgc1 New Member Aug 9, 2004 #1 Friday evening at 7:30 pm, I got a email from USCIS. Now I can use AC21. My details are: I-140/I-485/EAD/AP: Notice Date is 11/21/2003 EAD/AP approved on 5/7/2004 I-140 EB2 approved on 8/6/2004 I-485 pending >180 days. No RFE No Labor substitute
