Can someone give me the list of documents that a company has to attach for an I140 application? My company has laid off employees in 2001 and 2002.
So its revenue has fallen and profits have converted in to losses. So if my company has to show payroll, tax returns from 2001, 2002, 2003 with I140 then only God knows what has to happen.
Please reply if anyone knows.
